Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Service description

Slidefly lets you publish HTML slide decks and share them at public URLs. The service is built for developers and AI agents: you can publish anonymously from the CLI, then sign in later to claim decks and manage them from your dashboard.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Slidefly to:

  • Host malware, phishing pages, or content that violates applicable law
  • Harass, defame, or infringe the intellectual property of others
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse reporting systems, or probe our infrastructure
  • Publish content you do not have the right to distribute

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or report activity to authorities when we believe these rules are violated.

Subscriptions and billing

Slidefly offers a free tier with plan limits described in our documentation. Paid plans are not live yet. When billing launches, a Pro plan at $9/month (pricing subject to change) will add higher limits and dashboard features. Charges will be processed by Stripe; subscription terms and cancellation will be shown at checkout.

Until billing is enabled, upgrade buttons in the dashboard return a placeholder response and no payment is collected.

Termination

You may stop using Slidefly at any time. You can export your account data and request account deletion from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, published decks may be removed according to our retention policy and your deletion requests.

Disclaimer

Slidefly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. These terms may be updated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
